Zhu Lab
The Zhu Lab is interested in understanding the gene regulation mechanisms in the development, aging, and diseases, particularly in the brain. The lab utilizes multi-disciplinary approaches spanning chemical, molecular, and computational biology to develop single-cell multiomics tools to study the combined effects of multiple regulatory layers in cell fate specification and maintenance, and to identify the pathology-related molecular changes during aging and in diseases.
