  • No Waiting Period for Heath/Dental/Vision Plan Coverage, with the NYGC paying the majority of the costs. You and eligible dependents and domestic partners receive these benefits on the first day of employment!
  • Generous Paid Time Off. In addition to 12 observed holidays and three personal days, all new employees earn 15 days of vacation in their first year of work. Further days are accrued for each year of service.
  • 401(k) Plan with Company Match, eligible after 3 months of employment. NYGC matches 100% of first 6% of your deferrals with immediate vesting. Pre-tax or Roth (after-tax) options available.
