Hannah Goulding
Vice President of Human Resources, NYGC
Hannah Goulding is Vice President of Human Resources at the New York Genome Center (NYGC), where she leads the organization’s people strategy, talent acquisition, and organizational development, and serves on the institute’s executive leadership team. A long-tenured member of the team since 2014, Ms. Goulding has played a pivotal role in building and scaling NYGC from its early stages into a leading independent genomics research institution, helping to recruit and develop the talent and culture that underpin its scientific and operational success.
Prior ExperiencePrior to joining NYGC, Ms. Goulding worked in human resources at an oncology-focused biotechnology company in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She began her career in London in a graduate training program, gaining experience across multiple areas of human resources.
Ms. Goulding holds a degree in English Literature from Durham University. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of Independent Research Institutes and is a mentor with the Society for Human Resource Management.
