Computational Biology Lab

Nicolas Robine joined the New York Genome Center in April 2012, after obtaining a PhD at the Institut Curie in Paris and working as a postdoc at the Sloan-Kettering Institute in New York in the lab of Eric Lai. At the New York Genome Center, where his current position is Senior Director, Computational Biology, he developed and managed the RNA-Seq and tumor-normal WGS pipelines. He supervises a group of scientists and analysts, with projects applied to cancer genomics, auto-immune diseases and neurosciences.
