Kevin L. MacMillan is a partner at Allegaert Berger & Vogel LLP, which he joined in 2003. His practice includes contract negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property matters, and legal issues involving nonprofit organizations. He has represented clients across the technology, healthcare, life sciences, and nonprofit sectors on complex legal and strategic matters. He began his legal career as an associate in the Capital Markets Group at Shearman & Sterling’s London office.
Mr. MacMillan is also a director of the MacMillan Family Foundation, where his philanthropic interests focus on cancer and other medical research, as well as basic science. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, New Jersey, serves as Chair of the Princeton Mpala Advisory Council, is an Advisory Trustee of the Peddie School, and serves on the Board of Visitors for the Division of General, Thoracic, and Fetal Surgery at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Mr. MacMillan received an A.B. from Princeton University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
