Saurav Guha, Ph.D., FACMG is a board certified clinical molecular geneticist. Saurav joined the New York Genome Center as an Assistant Director, Molecular Diagnostics in February 2019. He received his Ph.D. in genetics in India and did his postdoctoral training in medical genetics at Columbia University Medical Center, New York. He completed an ABMGG clinical fellowship from Icahn School of Medicine, Mount Sinai, New York. His research interest is centered on uncovering the complexity of the genome and its clinical interpretation to enhance patient management. Saurav is a member of ClinGen Low Penetrance/ Risk Allele Working Group.
